Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Return and Refund Policy

At FAB FUSION TEXTILE HUB, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering quality products, but if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the terms and process for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Custom-made or personalized products
Products bought during sales, discounts, or promotions
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
Fabric that has been cut or altered after purchase

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Mention your Order ID, reason for return, and include photos (if applicable).
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

4. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
If returning for any other reason (e.g., dislike, size issues), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days.

Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank or UPI details for processing the refund.

6. Exchanges

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted. You may choose to initiate a return once the order is delivered.
